Leading young saxophonists Nathan Henshaw (Sydney) and Emma Di Marco (Brisbane) unite to present thrilling new Australian music and demonstrate the virtuosity and variety of their instrument.

Taking a journey through various colours, sounds, and global influences, the performance will include works by Green, Ball, Cockcroft, Stanhope, and a special performance of soprano saxophone duo ‘nga manu‘ by Michael Jamieson. Both Henshaw and Di Marco are recently returned from successful performances at SaxOpen - the World Saxophone Congress held in Strasbourg, France in July, 2015.

Nathan Henshaw is a Selmer Paris and Silverstein artist and a special guest here at the Queensland Conservatorium. www.nathanhenshaw.com
